Privacy starts inside Pieces
Open Your Account in the app to manage analytics, profile visibility, closet visibility and account deletion. iOS Settings controls Photos, Camera and Notifications.
Control profile and closet visibility
In Pieces, open Settings and choose whether your profile, closet and posts are public or private. Purchase prices, receipts and private photos are not shown in public closet views.
Manage device permissions
Open the iOS Settings app, select Pieces, and change access to Photos, Camera or Notifications at any time.
Delete your Pieces account
In Pieces, open Lab → settings gear, then hold the small red DELETE button near the bottom for two seconds. In the centered DELETE ACCOUNT? confirmation, choose DELETE ACCOUNT. You can also open Documents & Support → Account & Data Deletion from those account settings to reach the same confirmation. After confirmation, Pieces permanently removes your account, closet, posts, social connections, saved research and registered notification devices, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Manage Pieces+ purchases
Apple manages Pieces+ purchases, renewals and refunds. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases inside Pieces if an active subscription is missing.
Access, correct or delete information
Email support@yourpieces.app for help accessing, correcting or deleting information associated with your account. Include your Pieces handle, but never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
Advertising and tracking
The Pieces app does not use your information for cross-app targeted advertising. Website analytics and advertising measurement are optional and have separate browser choices. If you allow advertising measurement, Meta and TikTok pixels record website page visits to measure Facebook, Instagram and TikTok advertising. X and LinkedIn pixels are not connected. Adding an advertising provider requires a new advertising choice; your website analytics choice is kept. These website choices do not change your app permissions. Global Privacy Control keeps advertising measurement off; Do Not Track keeps optional website tracking off.
