Account access
Tell us your handle and whether you use Sign in with Apple, Google or email.
Missing Pieces+
Use Restore Purchases first, then send the account handle if access does not return.
Wrong piece or value
Use Wrong Piece on the source card or send the piece name and a screenshot.
Privacy or safety
Send the affected handle, post or piece. Do not forward sensitive account credentials.
Account deletion
Open Pieces and go to Lab → settings gear, then hold the small red DELETE button near the bottom for two seconds. In the centered DELETE ACCOUNT? confirmation, choose DELETE ACCOUNT. You can also open Documents & Support → Account & Data Deletion from those account settings to reach the same confirmation. The app asks for confirmation before permanently removing your account and Pieces data.
Report or block
Use Report on a feed post to send it for review. Use Block on a post or profile to hide that account and remove the connection. For urgent safety concerns, email support with the handle and post details.
Subscriptions
Apple manages purchases, renewals and refunds. Manage or cancel from iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases inside Pieces if an active subscription is missing.
Piece identification and market estimates
If Pieces cannot identify something, fill in what you know and continue. You can submit your own public source when the market cannot be confirmed. Market estimates are informational and may change as public evidence changes.
Response time
We aim to review account and safety requests promptly. Emergency situations should be reported to local emergency services.
