Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Pieces mobile application and yourpieces.app. By creating an account or using Pieces, you agree to these terms.
Portfolio estimates
Prices, market ranges, confidence labels and Profit/Loss calculations are informational portfolio tools. They are not professional appraisals, financial advice, authenticity guarantees or promises that an item can be bought or sold for a displayed amount.
Listings and third parties
Merchant and marketplace prices are asking prices unless specifically labeled as completed-sale evidence. Third-party purchases and sales are governed by those parties’ terms. Pieces is not the seller of products shown through external links.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Pieces permission to host, process, resize and display that content as needed to operate features you select. You are responsible for having the right to submit it and for the accuracy of information you enter.
Community safety
Do not post illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing or abusive content. Do not impersonate others, harass users, spam the service or manipulate market evidence.
Pieces may automatically screen content, review reports, limit visibility, remove content or suspend accounts to protect users and the service. The app provides controls to report posts and block users.
Subscriptions
If you purchase Pieces+, payment is charged through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Features and prices shown in the purchase screen control your purchase, and Apple’s applicable terms also apply.
Account termination
You can delete your account inside the app. Pieces may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats or unlawful use.
Availability and liability
Pieces is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information and features accurate, but searches, third-party pages, estimates and availability may change. To the extent permitted by law, Pieces is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
